Violin Lessons - Book 3 and above

Students in books 3 and above will be learning and performing increasingly advanced pieces, and should therefore increase their private lesson and group lesson lengths. At this level, students will work on note reading, theory and scales along with their Suzuki repertoire. There are also other opportunities for students to play music with their peers such as chamber ensemble and orchestra.

Students in books 3 and 4 are required to enroll in either a 30 or 45 minute private lesson (as recommended by their instructor), as well as a weekly 45 minute group class.

Students in books 5 and above are required to enroll in either a 45 or 60 minute private lesson (as recommended by their instructor), as well as a weekly 45 minute group class.

All students will have the opportunity to participate in solo and group recitals throughout the year, including the Spring Celebration Weekend.
